When Pieter, the Centurion sales rep (he should be a technical advisor for Centurion) walked into my office and started to explain the functionality of the Wizo link, I knew that this is one of the life changing products that will help decrease cost and improve efficiency on the farms.
The Wizo-link works with radio technology that uses each other to relay the signal to the final destination. This little device is used with the G-Switch Ultra, or with the G-Speak Ultra GSM to relay inputs and outputs.
Inputs sends information that has changed (pulse) or the status of an input (latch):
- Pump that starts or stop (pulse) or that is on or off (latch)
- Gate that opens or close
Outputs are used to activate a device
- Activate alarm siren
- Open or close a gate
- Switching of a pump (on or off)

What to you need to make a Wizo-Link work:
- G-Switch 22 Ultra (or the G-Speak Ultra GSM if you want a gate intercom)
- One Wizo-link for each device that you would like to manage
- 12-24v Power at the device that is being managed by the Wizo-link

“The network is initiated on a WiZo; which requires that one WiZo be elected as the temporary mesh network master. As soon as a second WiZo joins the network, there is no longer a need for the master role and it falls away, with the WiZo devices determining the best message transmission route. As additional WiZo devices are added, the network management is delegated amongst the WiZos, building up the mesh until it reaches full network redundancy.”

WiZo-Link uses radio technology to create what is known as a mesh network. This may be described as a layer of radio communications (think of these as roads) where every device (WiZo-Link) is continually acting as a repeater for all the signals (the “traffic” or “vehicles” travelling on the “road”) in the network, even if these devices are not associated with that WiZo-Link.
